1.Are we a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. We have professional pre-sales and after-sales service staff to serve you.
2.What are the shipping methods?
A: We can choose DHL, Fedex, UPS, as well as sea or air transportation.
3.What are the payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are usually 30% T.T deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
4.Do you provide samples? Are the samples free?
A: We generally provide samples for free, but the freight should be paid by the customer.

A: We are responsible for quality control not only of the production line, but also of the entire ready-made order. Each order needs to be inspected in detail before shipment.
6.Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, but the minimum order quantity requirements are different for different models. Please feel free to contact us with drawings of the products, such as color and material.
7. Can you customize products in special shapes?
A: Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM. If you can't find the products you need in our website, you can send pictures/photos and drawings of the products you need by email, or you can send us samples by DHL/UPS, then we can develop new models for you.
