Product Parameters
Internal explosion expansion bolt is a special threaded connection used for high-strength fixation, widely used in the fields of construction and equipment fixation. Its working principle is to drill holes in the wall or ground, insert the implosion expansion bolt into the hole and tighten the nut. The outer end of the bolt will move outward, while the metal sleeve inside remains stationary, so that the big head at the bottom of the bolt will expand the metal sleeve and fill the entire hole, achieving a fixed effect.
The installation steps for implosion expansion bolts are as follows:
Select an alloy drill bit that matches the outer diameter specification of the implosion expansion bolt, drill a hole according to the length of the implosion expansion bolt, drill the hole to the desired depth, and then clean the hole thoroughly.
Install the flat washer, spring washer, and nut, screw the nut onto the bolt and end to protect the thread, and then insert the implosion expansion bolt into the hole.
Turn the wrench until the washer and nut are tightly fitted, completing the installation.
The implosion expansion bolt consists of a screw, a spring, and a housing, among which the screw is the core component, divided into two parts: a solid rod and a hollow rod, and the hollow rod is equipped with a spring inside. The shell serves to protect the screws and prevent them from being damaged during transportation and storage.
Due to its high strength, high reliability, and convenient use, implosion expansion bolts have been widely used in the fields of construction and equipment fixation.
